Logistics and Transportation Assurance

If your order experiences severe delays, loss during the logistics transportation process, or any abnormal situations due to transportation links such as customs inspections or clearance checks, Paintechz will actively assist you in resolving the issues.
After confirmation, we will re-produce and re-send the order free of charge based on the actual situation, or provide a full refund. We are always committed to protecting your rights and interests to ensure that every order is properly processed.

Customized Product Description

All of our products are custom manufactured and crafted by hand. Due to this artisan process, minor variations from the digital art proof are natural. Minor differences (product appearance variations not exceeding 5%) fall within the normal and acceptable range for custom products.

Logistics and Transportation Assurance

1.During the design stage: If you are not satisfied at any stage PRIOR to production and wish to cancel the order, Paintechz.com will fully refund the amount within 3 to 7 calendar days after receiving your request.

2.Full Production Phase: Your order will immediately enter the full production stage upon approval of the photos or physical samples (if your order includes a sample stage) or your approval of the designer's draft (if your order does not include a sample stage).
At this stage, we have purchased all the materials required and will fully fufill the order. If you decide to cancel the order during this period, we will deduct 60% of the total cost of the order. This cost is what Paintechz.com contributed to the cost of sourcing the raw materials, mold cost, and other production losses.

3.After the order is delivered: Because Paintechz.com products are customized and uniquely made, we can not resell them. Therefore, once a logistics tracking number is generated, we will no longer accept any refund requests. If there is a misspelling or error in the design that differs from your original request we will refund or replace as required.

Order changes and additions - Paintechz.com is not responsible for production delays resulting from changes made after manufacturing has begun.
These changes include:
• Requesting excess design modifications
• Increasing the order quantity
• Requesting pre-production samples
• Changing the requested delivery date
