This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your use of Paintechz.com, including browsing, purchasing, ordering, bidding, and any other activities conducted through our website.
By accessing or shopping on Paintechz.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Paintechz.com (“Paintechz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Customer,” “Purchaser,” or “you”) regarding your use of the website, products, services, content, and software provided through the Site.
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version posted on our website will replace all previous versions. Please review these Terms & Conditions before using our website or placing an order.
2. USE OF THE SITE & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may use our website to browse products and place orders for legitimate purposes.
You may not:
- Use our website, services, or tools if you are under 18 years of age or unable to enter into a legally binding contract.
- Use our website if your access has been temporarily or permanently suspended.
- Collect, mine, or otherwise obtain personal information about other users without authorization.
- Manipulate product prices or interfere with the operation of our website.
- Take any action intended to damage or manipulate our rating or review systems.
- Transmit worms, viruses, malware, or any other code of a destructive nature.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & USER RESPONSIBILITIES
To complete the registration process, you may be required to provide your legal name, current address, valid email address, and other information necessary to complete your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create and use an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and for all activities and content submitted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us if your account information changes.
4. PAYMENTS & ORDER PROCESSING
Paintechz.com reserves the right to establish and modify payment terms for orders placed through our website.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received before an order is accepted and production begins.
We generally accept:
- Credit cards
- PayPal
- Electronic checks
For custom products, payment is generally required before production begins unless credit terms have been agreed upon in advance.
Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.
Paintechz.com reserves the right to invoice orders separately and to cancel or decline an order at our discretion.
We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors appearing in product listings, advertisements, or offers. If an error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order or contact the customer for further instructions.
For non-consumer purchases, overdue undisputed balances may be subject to a late payment charge of 1% per month, or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
5. REFUND & RETURN POLICY
5.1 Custom Orders Are Final Sale
Most products sold by Paintechz.com are customized according to the customer's artwork, logo, text, colors, quantities, and other specifications.
Because custom products are specifically produced for each customer, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds due to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong quantity
- Customer-provided information being incorrect
- Customer-approved artwork or design
- Other reasons unrelated to a manufacturing or production defect
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their artwork, text, colors, quantities, product specifications, and other order details before placing an order.
5.2 Minor Variations Are Normal
Customized products may involve printing, sewing, cutting, materials, and individual processing. As a result, slight variations may occur between the approved artwork and the finished products.
Minor differences in:
- Color
- Print position
- Alignment
- Dimensions
- Material appearance
- Overall appearance
are considered normal production variations and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Such variations may result from:
- Printing and color reproduction
- Material characteristics
- Sewing and cutting
- Handmade or individual processing
- Minor differences in print placement or alignment
We cannot guarantee that finished products will be 100% identical to digital artwork or proofs.
5.3 Defective or Significantly Incorrect Products
If your order arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, significant production error, or substantial deviation from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Videos, if necessary, to demonstrate the problem
Our customer service team will review the claim and determine whether the issue is related to manufacturing or production.
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by a manufacturing or production error, we may, at our discretion:
- Remake the affected products at no additional cost; or
- Provide another appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Replacement or remake orders typically require 15–20 days for production, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.4 Return & Inspection
For approved quality claims, we may require the affected products to be returned to our facility for inspection.
After receiving the products, we will inspect them for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Production errors
- Significant deviations in color
- Significant deviations from the approved design
If the reported issue is determined to be within normal production tolerances or is considered a minor variation, the order will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
In such cases, the products may be returned to the customer, and the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
5.5 Contact Us
If you have concerns regarding the quality of a custom order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products.
We are committed to reviewing legitimate quality concerns and providing a fair resolution when a genuine manufacturing defect or significant production error occurs.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
6.1 Cancellation Before Production
Non-rush orders may be canceled at any time before production begins.
If production has not started, you will receive a full cancellation refund.
Rush orders may not be canceled.
6.2 Cancellation After Production Begins
Production begins when we start the production process, including mold-making, mold setup, or other production preparation for your custom product.
Once production has started, costs may have already been incurred and the order may no longer be eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel after mold processing or other production preparation has begun, you will be responsible for the mold charges and other setup costs already incurred.
These costs will be deducted from the amount you have paid, and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
6.3 Cancellation After Manufacturing
Once your custom products have been fully manufactured, you are responsible for the full order amount and no cancellation refund will be provided.
6.4 Credit Card Cancellation Fee
For orders paid by credit card, a 5% cancellation fee applies to approved cancellations.
This fee covers costs and processing fees associated with the credit card transactions.
No cancellation fee applies to orders paid by check or money order.
7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY DELAYS & RISK OF LOSS
7.1 Risk of Loss
All products purchased through our website are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract.
Risk of loss and title to the products pass to the customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
7.2 Delivery Delays, Loss, or Customs Issues
If an order is seriously delayed, lost, or experiences an abnormal shipping or customs issue, including customs spot checks or customs clearance inspections, Paintechz.com will actively assist the customer in resolving the issue.
After reviewing and confirming the circumstances, we may, depending on the situation:
- Produce a replacement order at no additional product cost; or
- Provide a full refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are produced and delivered within the applicable estimated timeframe.
However, delivery dates may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, customs clearance, or other shipping-related issues.
7.3 Changes or Additions After Production Begins
Paintechz.com is not responsible for production or delivery delays caused by customer-requested changes or additions made after production has begun.
Examples include:
- Excessive design modifications
- Increasing the order quantity
- Requesting additional pre-production samples
- Changing the requested delivery date
- Other customer-requested changes that affect the production schedule
8. TAX EXEMPTION
If you hold a valid tax exemption certificate, please submit it within the month of payment.
Due to monthly tax filing requirements, we cannot accept tax refund requests after the 8th day of the following month.
Customers are responsible for submitting valid tax exemption documentation within the applicable timeframe.
9. PRODUCT PRICING & DESCRIPTIONS
The “List Price” displayed on our website may represent the full retail price listed for the product, a manufacturer's or supplier's suggested retail price, an estimated retail value, or a comparative price based on standard industry practices.
The List Price is provided for comparison purposes and may not represent the actual prevailing retail price in every location or on every day.
For products sold as sets, the List Price may represent the aggregate estimated or suggested retail price of the individual items included in the set.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a catalog, typographical, technical, or other error, and the correct price is higher than the displayed price, we reserve the right to:
- Contact you for instructions before shipping; or
- Cancel the order and notify you of the cancellation.
We do not warrant that product descriptions or other website content are always accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
10. CUSTOMER ARTWORK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, copyrighted images, or other content to Paintechz.com, you represent and warrant that you:
- Own the applicable rights; or
- Have obtained appropriate authorization or a valid license to use the content.
You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted artwork does not infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
By submitting such artwork, you agree to release and indemnify Paintechz.com, its successors, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns from claims or damages arising from the unauthorized use of artwork submitted by you.
All rights, title, and interest in the website, software, content, and proprietary materials provided by Paintechz.com remain with Paintechz.com or the applicable rights holder unless expressly stated otherwise.
You may not modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain source code from our software, services, or documentation.
11. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES
Fraudulent activities are actively monitored on our website.
If fraudulent activity is detected, Paintechz.com reserves the right to take any remedies available under applicable law.
You may be responsible for costs, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from fraudulent activities attributable to you.
12. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paintechz.com will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or data arising from or related to this Agreement, our website, products, or services.
Our total aggregate liability arising from this Agreement or the applicable transaction will not exceed the lesser of:
- USD $2,000; or
- The total amount paid or payable for the products giving rise to the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the website, services, or products, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
Our website and its content, materials, products, and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
